Under the UCMJ, your rights when facing a courts-martial are different than if you were in a state or federal court. Your civilian counsel can work with your military counsel to provide a thorough and dynamic defense. Defending a courts-martial, however, requires a particular level of experience with the UCMJ and military tribunals.

My military law experience include the JAG Corps, U.S. Army Reserve from 2002-2004 as well as Trial Counsel, 1st Armored Division, U.S. Army Europe, 2003 in which I was active duty in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom). I handle courts-martial and separation cases.
